Special Method of Pay
Our newest release of NiteVision introduces customers to a new feature called Special Method of Pay. This functionality provides management more options in assigning payment methods to reservations, along with defining and enforcing specific policies based on the guest company association or direct bill account. Customers may now attach several methods of payment to a guest folio, with individual rules assigned to each payment method.
Debit/Pin Pad
With our newest release of NiteVision, Remco Software clients will enjoy enhanced Payment Card functionality through integration with the Verifone MX830, providing electronic signature capture, PIN debit processing, and standard credit card capture. With NiteVision, hotels can save money through decreased processing fees, using less printed paper for receipts, and speeding up auditing processes.
Genares Interface
Remco Software, Inc. is proud to announce the certification by Genares Worldwide Reservations Services of the Genares OTA / XML Two-Way Interface.
Features of the Genares Two-Way Interface include: two-way reservations from Genares to NiteVision and from NiteVision to Genares, the ability to easily manage rates, inventory allocation control, and the enforcement of restrictions.

Enhanced More Flexibility
Remco Software, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the newest version of NiteVision. This latest version of NiteVision offers new features and enhanced functionality. With the latest NiteVision, customers will have the choice of NiteVision Pro for single property users, or NiteVision Enterprise for management companies and those owners/operators with more than one property.
NiteVision offers a number of new financial enhancements. Accounts Receivable functionality has been enhanced to allow users more flexibility with the creation of Direct Bill invoices and new reports have been added to better track Direct Bill activity. Payment card pre-authorizations can be easily adjusted during Night Audit or at any time as needed. Restrictions can be implemented to better control cash paid-out transactions. With NiteVision, split-dialing is available, and support for debit cards has been added.
Other enhancements include: the ability to scan Canadian driver's licenses, as well as the ability to scan business cards for those customers using the driver's license scanner. Updates to the scanner are now automatic, so you will receive them as soon as the releases are made available.
Online Backup Solution
Remco's NiteGuard is an efficient, secure, online backup solution in which an encryption feature ensures full security to backed-up data. This disaster recovery service is available to all supported customers.
